Reservations:
Reservations are $20 per day and can be reserved using the signup genius below. The $20 payment is required to complete the signup genius reservation. Sign-ups are first-come, first-serve. Reserve your date today!

Spirit Rock Agreement:
After you sign up and pay, be sure to complete the Spirit Rock Agreement. The reservation is secured once the signup genius is paid and the Spirit Rock Agreement is complete.

Your reservation begins at 4:00pm the day prior to your reservation and ends at 4:00pm on the day of your reservation. For example, if you reserve August 12th, you may begin painting at 4:00pm on August 11th, and your artwork will remain until August 12th at 4:00pm. Please keep in mind that you may not paint the rock during school hours.

You may choose to paint the rock yourself or hire someone to paint the rock for you, following our guidelines in the Spirit Rock Agreement.

• You may only paint on the FRONT side of the Spirit Rock. 
• Spray paint is recommended, but you may also use regular craft paint. Do not use any oil based paints on the rock.
• Plan to use 2-3 cans of spray paint as the base coat. More or less could be used, depending on the coverage and color you are using. 
• You may NOT use puffy paint, glitter, any item that may leave a sticky residue, or any other materials that are not easily painted over for the next reservation. 
• NO tape, stickers, vinyl, laminate, or adhesive materials should be used. If any of the above listed products are used, you will be responsible for a $50 pressure washing fee to clean the Spirit Rock, in addition to your $20 reservation fee.
• Families must supply their own paint, rollers, brushes, ground protection materials, etc. No materials will be provided by Lucy T. Davis Elementary or the LTD PTO. 
• In keeping with Florence 1 Schools Code of Conduct, we will not allow any bullying, profanity, obscenity or derogatory language. Please refrain from any political or discriminatory remarks. If there is any question to the wording or images painted on the Spirit Rock, we reserve the right to remove/repaint the Spirit Rock without notice or refund.
